I brought my dad here about five weeks ago now. It was such a tough choice to make but everyone at Silverado was so understanding and supportive. Dad is a rather belligerent dementia patient and the staff have been fantastic with him. The facility is very nice, super clean, bright and airy and feels happy. The residents all look well cared for, clean and taken care of. Farid Taheri is wonderful. He’s constantly reassuring me that dad’s behavior is nothing they haven’t seen or handled before I don’t doubt for one second dad is getting excellent care. The food is fantastic and cooked by a professionally trained chef. They have lots of activities and holiday parties etc, and families are welcomed and encouraged to participate in those, or dine with them whenever they want. Farid, Ashley, Neyda and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I’ve never seen anyone raise their voice or be anything other than professional and friendly towards residents or other staff. I would recommend Silverado to anyone!

We could not be more pleased with our choice to move our mother into Silverado at Rolling Hills. The staff made her comfortable from day one. The variety of activities, field trips and memory games make every day special. It is difficult to move a loved one into a new environment but the team at Silverado has eased our fears. We receive texts and photos on a regular basis that keep us informed of mom’s day. We are blessed to have the fantastic staff taking such great care of mom!

My mom has been a resident of Silverado Assisted Living Memory Care for almost 4 weeks. I love my mom and I am SO glad she is now living at Silverado. I would recommend you to take a serious look here as I am super picky and this place is great! HUGE & GRATEFUL shout out to Farid (manager), Matt (activities director), DeShae LVN, Jackie (nurse manager), Daniel, Tracie, Chef Chris, Yessenia, Victoria, Jason, Laurie, Jennifer, Sam, EJ and everyone else at Silverado! (If you want to read more….) My mom is opinionated, spunky, has medical problems (wears oxygen, uses a bipap to sleep at night), uses a walker and a wheelchair. Mom did NOT want to have any sort of assistance - at her home or at a business. However, after getting pneumonia and spending 20 nights in the hospital and another 8 nights in a skilled nursing facility - Mom was tired and physically deconditioned. I went through a “broker” (James Beaven from Placement Helpers) who assisted me to find the “perfect” place for mom and the broker suggested Silverado - they know how to handle patients with memory issues, nursing is in-house 24 hours a day, they can handle the bipap and oxygen, they could immediately accommodate her need for a private room and they can assist her with getting around longer distances in a wheelchair. So far in the almost 4 weeks, we have been impressed with the care and genuine attention that is shown toward Mom. They let us come for meals any time we want (we just let them know a couple hours or even less ahead of time). Thursday was her birthday - and they set up a private room for our family - decorations, party hat, Hawaiian leis and balloons! AMAZING doesn’t quite describe the experience! Felt like we were at a nice restaurant!! They served us a delicious soup, roast beef, polenta, gravy, and veggies. And would not accept a tip or any payment! Things have gone smoother than I could have imagined. They do a 72-hour (one-on-one caregiver) intake to smooth over the move in process. They encourage participation in all the activities that they put on and encourage Mom to go out to do field trips. Mom is still a little nervous so they allow family to go with her on the field trips too! They serve 3 meals a day - nice flavors and variety; always have alternative foods available; and there is ice cream and snacks available at all times! (Ice cream is even available for my daughter any time too!) Silverado made sure to “personalize” Moms stay so she would easily transition to life in a new place. The staff at Silverado made sure that mom was seated at meals with 3 ladies that have quickly become real friends. Since meeting these three residents here - my mom has been SO much happier. They giggle like old friends and can laugh at their “memory” and enjoy their time together. What I am most impressed with is the dedication from the management and staff. I swear they are at the facility 12-15+ hours a day. And they text you with photos and updates about Mom! And they say “message any time!” And they follow up on all the requests and questions we may have. As expected (and any real review should have these) - there have been a couple of minor bumps but we have worked through them together with the staff and they have been easily available to request things/actions on your behalf. They also call back/email/follow up. Thank you again, Silverado, for making the concept and reality of “assisted living” a positive possibility for my mom and my family.

I visited my aunt this week and I could not be happier from all the wonderful care that everyone is providing her. She was happy, smiling, she has friends now, and everyone treats her with the utmost respect. I love that everyone says hello and is so welcoming and you know everyone just cares here. Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt. She is like a mother to me.
