Silverado is a fantastic memory care community. Everyone puts in 100% to make the residents feel loved and keep their dignity. The dementia journey is extremely challenging and everyone at Silverado works to make it joyful and loving. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff And leadership team of Silverado. The milieu Is extended to include all of the families of the residents . The community created by this is strong and supportive of everyone in it. It’s actually sort of a miracle.

We moved both my parents into Silverado in November of last year. This was the second memory care place we brought them to and the differences couldn’t be more stark. Silverado is bright, clean, feels like a highend apartment. Residents are always around the common areas and while to new people the behaviors may seem strange, that’s dementia. What it meant for my stepfather was even the day he passed he was out in the dining room with everyone else. That community extends lives and makes something miserable, bearable instead. My mother is a challenging case and they’ve treated her with a love and respect I can’t imagine anywhere else. Silverado is the best memory care in the state and I recommend it to my friends all the time.

My mom lived at a different facility before moving to Silverado and the difference couldn’t be more stark. Given my past experience, I was, and am, shocked at how much better her care and conditions were at Silverado. My mom passed away in July and I’m so happy she was able to spend her last year+ at Silverado where she was content, cared for, and loved. Thank you so much!

We placed my wife of 52 years in Silverado Barton Springs 14 months ago. The care and attention that she gets every day there is far beyond what family or even family with in-home care could give. The activities and therapies are there in house daily; without the stress of travel or disruption. Friends and family members who visit her there for the first time are amazed and reassured by what they see the staff at SBS providing.
