There are some fabulous employees at Seaton. The first person you’re likely to meet is Casey. She works at the front desk. If there was ever someone you’d want representing your facility, it’s Casey. She has a sweet, upbeat personality and can be seen helping out any time and any where it’s needed. The residents know this about her and seek her out. I’ve observed her assisting in the dining room, delivering mail, reading the cards residents have received to them when they aren’t able to do so themselves, she even assisted a newer employee by showing how my dear friend preferred to be dressed/changed. I’m not sure that there’s anything she doesn’t pitch in and help with. Casey is a top notch brand ambassador. Seaton would be wise to do whatever it takes to keep her there until she retires. I came in to visit at Seaton today and what I noticed and have noticed each time I have come in is that Casey who sits at the front welcomes you with a smile and goes out of her way to help. The management and care staff is kind, compassionate, and truly caring. The community is warm and welcoming, with plenty of activities and always seems like a lot of fun. What really stands out, is the way the staff treats each resident like family. They take the time to get to know them. It's clear that they genuinely care about each resident's well-being and happiness.

"I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion provided at Seaton Hagerstown. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are not only professional and skilled, but they genuinely care about the residents' well-being. The facilities are always clean, and the environment is comfortable and homely, which makes a huge difference in the residents' quality of life. The activities and social events organized are engaging and bring so much joy and laughter to everyone. Communication with the staff is always clear and prompt, which provides peace of mind knowing that the residents are in such capable hands. It’s reassuring to see the residents happy, healthy, and well-cared for. I would highly recommend Seaton Hagerstown to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place for their loved ones.
