My mom stays at River-bend, it is super clean, everyone is so nice and helpful..from nurses to dietary, receptionist, activity lady, etc; it is a wonderful facility for your love one’s to get good care. I can sleep at night knowing my mom is in good hands. Thanks !! River bend for all you do..

The residents are so nice the nurses that I had a chance to work with were helpful and caring but unfortunately there's an aid there that speaks really ugly to the residents and has the guy thats over the building around her finger and with one phone call if she doesn't care for you or things wrong that you bring up to her she will call in an instant. I absolutely feel bad for those residents who have her because she has plainly suggested that she doesn't care about nobody in the building and it's really sad. I hope one day they'll see the people that they hire and make better choices.

Wow it was awesome! Kelly Pfeifer the Sales Specialist that helped me and took me on a tour was fantastic, she was so informative and helpful that I definitely am moving in! Also the lady from the office( sorry didn't catch her name) was very helpful also! And I had a long wait on my ride to come pick me up so they provided me with a great lunch and drink! Just like having a loving family 👪 which is the way we should be treated in our Golden years! Thank you God for this place and it's employees! Look forward to moving in and you should too if you need Assisted Living Facility! God Bless this Company and it's employees!

My Dad recently moved out but we had trouble forwarding his mail to his new address because of the recent changes USPS made for changing an address (They need a photo id now apparently). Riverbend refused to help and hold on to a couple of pieces of mail. And the staff working there was monumentally rude and condescending. Now I have to call Social Security and Medicare because of all the returned mail. Thanks Riverbend for giving me extra work. It's not as if taking care of an elderly parent is difficult enough.
