Revel Lacey

While no senior active living facility is perfect, this one is making an effort. Very clean inside and outside. Weekly Housekeeping is excellent. A separate restaurant Ovation has over site with corporate personnel making an effort to provide the type of meals residents want. Trips provided to events and shopping. Love it here.

My husband and I have been living at Revel Issaquah, a senior living community, for some time now, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The staff there go above and beyond to care for their residents. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care make it a special place to live. Anytime we’ve needed help, they’ve done their absolute best to meet our needs—and they’ve always come through. Recently, my husband and I had to travel to another city, Lacey, for our dog’s surgery, so we stayed at Revel Lacey. What was supposed to be an overnight turned into an extended stay when a massive storm hit our home in Issaquah. The storm caused a power outage and blocked the roads, leaving us stranded in Lacey unexpectedly. When I explained our situation to the concierge (Cheryl Priher) at Revel Lacey, I was invited to speak with Jennifer Maurer, the Executive Director. Her response was nothing short of amazing. She not only ensured we could stay longer, but she also went above and beyond by moving us into their Staycation Suite—a space with a full kitchen and washer/dryer—to make us more comfortable during this unexpected turn of events. This kind of care and support is what makes Revel communities truly exceptional. Whether at Issaquah or Lacey, the staff treat you like family and go out of their way to ensure you feel safe, cared for, and valued. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer Maurer and Dan Angellar the Executive Directors, and the entire Revel team in both Issaquah and Lacey for their incredible generosity and compassion. A special shoutout as well for three very special women at Revel Issaquah: Alecia Truex, Business Manager; Colleen James, Sales Director; and Evelyn Serrano, Lead Concierge, for their outstanding care and support!

I just took my Mom on a tour of the Revel at Lacey, and it was great. From the get go the communication and customer service we encountered was top notch. We flew in late from out of state and Garret the Sales Director stayed a little after his regular work day to give us the tour which I really appreciated. The building and facilities are ultra modern, and very spacious. We interacted with several residence and they gave good reviews and looked very active. The Resident rooms are very modern with many different floor plans to choose from. We also got to eat dinner, and they have a very nice menu with salmon, halibut, filet mignon, along with the staples like burgers, and sandwiches. Food service and staff very nice. Then to top it off Garret offered us a free nights stay in their fully furnished apartment, a service they call the "Staycation." Basically you get to stay one night to experience what it is like to live there and you can partake in the activities and meet people in the community. For us coming from out of state this was so handy because it saved us a hotel stay! If you are looking for ultra modern independent senior living in Olympia be sure to put The Revel on your list of places to see!

I've been to Revel Lacey several times for events. From the first time, I was very impressed with the community and its team members, Carrie and Peter. The apartment homes are spacious, lovely and modern. I've also had the opportunity to meet many other future residents and they have all been fantastic as well. The staff there have been very helpful and informative. I believe Revel Lacey would be a great place to call home.
