Care
Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.
Independent Living
Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

Transit Score®, when available, measures how well a location is served by public transit. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating more amenities within walking distance and diverse transit options nearby.

Regents Point is a wonderful place to retire. We looked at a number of Retirement Communities and found Regents Point to be very friendly and very well located, with a large park out the back door and UCI a block away. Irvine is a magnificent city. We are enjoying our fourth year here. Join us.

I moved to Regents Point just a little over two years ago. Upon moving in, I was immediately struck by the genuine, friendliness of the residents and staff. Now in my third year at RP I have come to experience a culture of respect and authenticity, not only among residents and team members, but between co-workers and co-workers. There is a kindness and a sensitivity that permeates the entire campus here which extends to Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing, under the capable direction of Ashley Croslin, Director of Wellness Prigrams. I know this because I visit those levels of care regularly. It is very obvious that people like living here. People like working here. It is also abundantly clear that the tone for this environment at RP is set by the example of the Executive Director, Melinda Forney, who has dedicated her life to the care of the senior community. Her sensitive, caring attitude is reflected throughout the life of the community. She maintains an open-door policy of being available to residents when necessary; and responds to phone calls and emails in a very timely fashion. I am very happy to call RP my home since my family lives in another country.

The management here is really intolerable! The woman who runs the whole place looks frumpy and hides back in her office, never available for families or occupants of the facility. When I plead to staff to help, they seem scared and don’t want to speak up. My aunt and uncle recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a horrible experience. There are cockroaches all over and they don’t do anything to help. My family says that when their parents call the front desk that they are ignored and phone messages are never returned. We are currently looking for another facility for them to move to. Without a large buy-in. Thankfully we will be able to get it back as long as we give notice soon. Awful place!!

We have now lived here for 23 months. It felt like home after 1 week. Regents Point is extremely friendly. This starts with the attitude of the management team and extends through most of the residents. Our apartment is spacious enough for our own needs, there are guest rooms available when we have company, food is available 3 meals a day with good variety. The best thing is all the new friends we've made, followed by the caring staff. Lots of things to do!
