Regal Estates of League City

My mother, and I, have had the best experience with Regal Estates and the staff. I was concerned about a 4 star rating but, in my experience, it doesn't reflect my experience or that of my 92 year old mother. Thank you Regal Estates for doing a wonderful job at taking of the most important person in my life!

I am very pleased with the care and services provided by Regal Estates Senior Home. From the beginning, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured that our loved one would be in good hands. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere that makes visiting feel comfortable and inviting. The nursing staff and caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and seem genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. They go above and beyond to ensure that medical and personal needs are met promptly and with kindness. Communication is also excellent—any updates or changes in care are conveyed to us in a timely manner, so we always feel informed and involved. Thank you to Jose & Ventura for making the move in process so efficient & easy!!

Moving my Uncle from Indiana to Texas into Assisted Living near us was such an overwhelming and monumental task. I worked for 2 months in Indiana with doctors, finances, belongings, repairs, selling his home and packing him up while my husband pounded the pavement here, visiting facilities. Once home, Regal Estates, was at the top of our list, the first and last I visited. Executive Director, Ventura Gutierrez and Sales Manager, Jose Martinez were both amazing....taking their time to listen, discuss, options, show, explain but most importantly, asked about the needs and true concern and empathy for my Uncle. As we were there, every employee we came upon was kind, happy, greeted us and were on their duties...a very impressive group of employees and that comes from solid leadership. I'm also a very cards on the table person. I laid our budget on the line and he laid the prices and expenses out for me...open and honest, worked with our budget. All very important aspects in this process. My Uncle's room is a fabulous size and I was able to make a cozy, comfortable, "home" including sectioning off areas for a bedroom, den, kitchen and entry that fit his furniture and all his familiar items all about him. Obviously, I highly recommend this next step in life facility. Thank you Ventura and Jose, Carol W.

I can count on one hand, and have left over fingers the number of employer reviews I've done in my entire life. But today I am doing this review, on my own free will. Mainly because I highly recommend Regal Estates of League City. But also because I find that the President, Vice President Executive Director and Clinical Director's Views, Values, Ethics, Respect and Expectations on, how to treat Residents and their Families, align with my views and Values. I Love my Job and our Residents. And I am appreciative of the opportunity I've been given by my Executive Director, to be part of this great Team/Family. So when searching for the perfect home for your Parents or Loved ones, I highly recommend that you visit, Regal Estates of League City.
