We are amazed in how much EVERYONE has done to help my mom during her adjustment period. Everyone has gone above and beyond in making it a smooth and reassuring transition. We couldn’t ask for more. From the best of meals, to the best of activities, to the best of the staff engaging with the residents it has been incredible!!! When I say the staff engages with the residents it literally means everyone. They really care for and about the residents. It’s so heartwarming to see so many residents happy and smiling and enjoying themselves.

My mom started as an ALF resident then moved to Memory Care, just shy of 5 years at this facility. I am a lone caregiver who lives several hours away. This staff has shown my mom and me such care, love, and compassion for so many years. Not just the nursing staff, but front office and accounting. The staff that cares for her today truly shows such sincerity. The turn over is all but zero and the same loving faces care for her now as they did three years ago. That matters. They are truly my support system as I walk this alzheimers care giver road and are my mom's extended family. This place is quite special and the people are angels.

I am so much more at ease knowing she is there!!! My mother was living in a different ALF, wish I could say which one so others would avoid the horrible experience! AI finally decided to move her to Alto, thank God I did!!! She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. The staff checks on her throughout the day and night , everything she needs is there from doctors to hairdressers. The daily schedule could be compared to that of a cruise ship! If you have to make the decision for a parent or a loved one, choose Alto you will not be disappointed!

The caring and engaging staff sets this senior living facility head and shoulders about the others that I've experienced. It is not unlike living in a premier hotel! Jennifer and staff have added many more activities and opportunities to engage residents recently. The care-giving team, nurses and Dr. Hat have been delightful to work with.
