Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead

As a professional photographer, I work with a variety of senior living facilities and by far, Heritage Communities and all of their Orchard Pointe locations, including the one here at Arrowhead are at the top of their class! There is so much JOY in the residents and the teams that work with them and there is a true sense of comradery, family and connection. As seniors age, mental and physical capacity may become diminished, but there is still so much spark in the residents I have worked with here and I truly believe it's because the teams working for the communities foster such a wonderful spirit of love and togetherness. They speak hopefully, lovingly and faithfully and it really reflects in the faces and eyes of those who live here. They are committed to loving the residents and you see it! I am not just saying this because I have worked with them for several years doing marketing photography, but because I truly do see a special difference in these communities. We moved my mom into the memory care side of Orchard Pointe almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience for her. After checking out multiple different memory care homes, we knew this was clearly the best choice. It is a beautiful facility that really feels like home, and they offer many activities and events. The staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are so kind and gentle with my mom. It is so reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by qualified, loving people that understand her illness and can give her the care that she needs. An amazing community to work with! They offer a personalized care experience for all residents. They really pay attention to the unique needs of each resident and do a fantastic job including the family at every opportunity. We moved our Mom into Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased! The move in process was well supported - they even suggested a mover! - and everyone was very helpful. I've spent a lot of time here supporting Mom's transition and I am so happy about the staff - they are helpful, caring and very welcoming. I've eaten in the dining room several times and the food is DELICIOUS!! This place feels like home! My mom is very happy here and has lots of fun activities to do. We are truly thankful to have found Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead!
