My grandmother lived here briefly. The aides are SO nice here. I am in healthcare myself and was so impressed with my family member’s care here. She was so well taken care of and I felt like the staff truly cared about her. Food was great. Kitchen staff was great, janitorial staff great. I have no complaints. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Recently I have had the opportunity to visit orchard park over that past couple months, And I wanted to write how impressed I am with the cleanliness, staff professionalism, and care of the residents. I’d also like to mention Stephanie, the Community relations director. Every time I visit, Stephanie has ensured all my questions are answered, and is quick to lend a helping hand in any other matter. I have spoken with several residents and their feed back is the most important, which no surprise, they are very satisfied with their stay. Over all, I recommend this facility to your loved ones

Orchard Park is A Really A Nice place to Have Your parents clean and Nice people that work there care about their Residents at Orchard park . Monique the supervisor is Very nice person and willing to work with You and she care about her Residents and make sure that they are taking care of at all times.

Orchard Park of Victory Lakes is always so welcoming! Stephanie was wonderful. She showed me around and was great at answering all of my questions! She was very educated on the community. I’m very happy with my visit because of her.
