Needed to place my mom in an assisted living facility and needed it fast. After looking in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina, North Georgia Assisted Living fit everything we were looking for and more. They meet our budget requirements, went above and beyond to make this a quick transition from Texas. We did this within a week. THANK YOU goes to Andrea Black who went out of her way to help my family. Once there the head nurse (Vivian) and her team are the best. If you are looking for a great place to put a loved one in their later years, I recommend North Georgia Assisted Living.

The executive director, Philip is non responsive and clueless. This place does not care for the residents or most often does not answer phoned. Philip does not respond to emails, texts or voice mail messages. He is evasive and does not answer any question directly. Rooms are filthy including bathrooms. Health department will be notified

North Georgia Assisted Living. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The employees are kind and caring, which goes a long way when caring for the elderly. It starts with the director, and Phillip is great. I am so glad my mom live there. 🙏🌺

My mom got sick unexpectedly this year. We scrambled around trying to find the best place for her that wouldn’t break the bank. After a horrible experience in a rehabilitation facility we wanted to be picky. NGALF was the diamond in the rough! ALL the staff is so caring and positive. They treat my mom and our family like their own family. They even gave us their personal phone numbers to contact them for any reason at all. It was truly a breath of fresh air knowing that my mom was in a good place, with good people, who would care for her like we would. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to see her as much as we like due to Covid-19; the facility has been very strict about social distancing guidelines. Which i appreciate very much! However, they gave my mom a birthday party with balloons and cupcakes, and sang to her. They have made it much easier to know that she’s having social interaction, even if it’s not with the outside world. There are really not any bad words to say about this place. They need more positive reviews on here bc i know i based a lot of my decisions (prior to finding NGALF) on reviews. Guess you can’t judge a book by it’s cover.
