One exceptional facility I highly recommend is Morning Star Old Town, which offers three distinct living options: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This flexibility allows residents to age in place without the stress of having to relocate, making it a great choice for seniors. The location is ideal for those who desire an active community. Residents enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and treetops, enhancing their daily experience. The entrance is staffed 24/7, providing peace of mind for clients and their families regarding safety. Additionally, the on-site parking garage is a significant advantage for residents who are still actively driving and for visiting family members. The staff and management team at Morning Star are exceptional. Clients consistently express their appreciation for the maintenance team, servers, greeters, and kitchen staff. Clint and Alec, the sales and marketing team, make the transition to this new phase of life seamless for my clients. The care team is highly experienced and provides a comforting environment for residents. Ensuring that clients receive excellent care is a top priority, and it’s reassuring to know they are in such capable hands. Candice, the Executive Director of the Old Town location, runs a well-organized facility with efficient systems in place. Our mother moved to MorningStar Old Town, Fort Collins, CO about a month ago. The staff are all warm and welcoming. The residents are friendly and inclusive. And, the facility is beautiful! This was a big move for Mom. She moved to Fort Collins from another community and is very happy at MorningStar Old Town! We are thrilled to have her living near us.

We just moved my in laws here and it’s exceptional. Alec, Melissa and Candice were more than accommodating in helping us through our decision making process, orientation and move in. This facility is like a resort, the food is delicious, and everyone (concierge, maintenance team, caregivers, and residents) are engaging, helpful and friendly. We all love it so far!

Morningstar Old Town is a beautiful community! Not just esthetically, but the people are beautiful! From the residents to the care team to the executive director. I can’t speak highly enough about this community. If you are considering senior living in Fort Collins, you MUST stop in!💜
