My dad died while living here at the end of April. Now their facility is demanding my sister and I pay his rent in May. My sister and I never signed a lease agreement agreeing to be the responsible financial party. By state law any debt goes to the estate, my dad didn’t have an estate. Yet they still mail letters to our employers (which is illegal), and insist we pay for it. These people are evil, and greedy and are financially praying on people whose loved ones have past. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Assisted living? Noticed that the 5 star reviews were written by the manager and his staff. I moved because the food was awful and the place was a fire hazzard. Oh and the smell of marijuana filled the halls of the 2nd floor. I would rather make my residence in a washing machine box under a bridge.
