    I have been the Maintenance Director at Mill Creek for about two years. I have spent the great bulk of my life in long-term care institutions. I literally grew up in the long-term care (administration) industry because my entire family worked there. I genuinely mean it when I say that Mill Creek is the greatest facility I have ever seen. The building is stunning and well-maintained, and they keep making improvements. Despite its pleasant appearance, I think Mill Creek's atmosphere is what makes it so unique. You can sense the staff's concern and empathy for the inhabitants when you're in the building. It feels very much like a family. I strongly advise you to take a tour of Mill Creek if you or someone you know is ever in need of a possible family member placement. You'll be glad that you did!

    Mill Creek is a very special community. Nurses and caregivers truly care about the residents. The warm atmosphere feels like home. If your loved one has dementia and needs a more supportive environment, Mill Creek is the BEST option in Springfield.
