I have been associated with Merrill Gardens Sheldon Park for many years. I have been able to refer families there as part of my job, and every family has been extremely happy and has felt cared for. The number of nurses they have, the experienced staff, they have people that have worked together for years, and the leadership that hasn’t changed for many years is amazing. I will continue to refer to them and would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a really great community for them or their loved ones. Incredible, devoted, experienced, trustworthy! My dad moved from an assisted living facility half way across the country to Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park. From beginning the process of investigating the different Eugene facilities to the move in process and meeting all the staff, our family has had a very pleasant experience with Merrill Gardens. There is a lively atmosphere and all the residents we have encountered appear to be happy to call Merrill Gardens their home. They have longevity in their management team and the caregivers and med techs are attentive and very personable. My dad has felt comfortable and at home since the day he moved in.

Definitely has the hardest working teams to take care of your family. From the welcoming experience walking in the front door or the quality of life their residents have is all around outstanding. My family has been treated so amazing and I appreciate it so much. Amazing living facility that I couldn’t recommend enough.

We looked at many places before deciding on Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park. What we were most impressed with was the culture there. The staff is genuinely friendly and kind to all the residents. They have lots of activities suitable for people who need assisted living, (like chair exercise, happy hour in the afternoon, and other fun activities). The food has been good, and the layout of the apartment is wonderful. We have worked closely with Jennipher, Haylee, Tabitha and Alex to get mom situated just right. We are very happy with our decision to have mom move into Merrill Gardens.
