After touring Maplewood (Cuyahoga Falls) today I can only say how impressed I am. It is easy to see how they received the Reputation 900 award. So much intention went into the design and the features of each space and the colors and furnishings are lovely. I loved the courtyards and the gardening room! The technology in place to keep family members involved and informed were outstanding. The personalized VR Headset accounts were a surprise! What a great way to allow a family member to attend a family event without needing to travel! I am also impressed with the tenure of their staff. They must be doing something right to have such low turnover. Definitely the cream of the crop in Senior Living. This was worth the tour!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Maplewood as we explore a future partnership, and I was truly impressed by the attention to detail throughout the facility. Every aspect of the renovation was thoughtfully designed with the residents' comfort and well-being in mind, creating a space that feels both welcoming and intentional. With each new feature we discovered, we couldn’t help but say, “Wow!”

I toured Maplewood with Morgan and was blown away by almost everything. The community is clean, updated, welcoming, and impressed by the tenure of most of their staff. Maplewood has everything in place to keep your loved one safe in their new home. Their technology from a healthcare realm is advanced and worth learning about. I highly recommend!
