I am so thankful for my brother's new home at Madison House! After touring other assisted living facilities, I felt comfortable and confident from the first time I set foot in Madison House. All of the staff are welcoming, communicative, helpful, and energetic. The atmosphere is warm, comforting, and homey. The layout is bright, airy, clean and spacious. I am excited and relieved to see my brother flourish as he embraces his new life and community at Madison House. I look forward to every visit.

Recently I had two clients interested in moving to Madison House and Marnie, the community relations director worked endlessly to find the best apartment that met my clients financial, care and interest requirements. Marnie also helped them feel welcomed by introducing them to other residents with similar interests. The new residents and families really appreciated Marnie’s assistance!

I appreciate how friendly the staff and residents are. Staff recognize our whole family and go out of the way to make sure we are supported as we moved our parent in. They provided moving services and supported our requests. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious, larger than those we found at other facilities we considered. I really was pleased with the activity programming and options. There are no glaring, loud TVs (although there is a movie theater). It's peaceful. The campus is quite large with delightful walking trails. Billing and contract details are quite straightforward. We've experienced no issues. We iterated on the service plan several times. They were reasonable and willing to negotiate on several services based on our recommendations.

My clients experienced a terrible BAIT and SWITCH at Madison House. BE ADVISED.. Madison House has probably done this many times before. The clients signed a contract at a set amount and started moving in. They then received an invoice with a monthly rate $500 higher! When they questioned Madison House management about this discrepancy, they were told that the previously discussed, and SIGNED contract price was a “mistake”. They were informed that they would be evicted in 30 days if they didn’t accept the higher rate. Fortunately, the clients still owned their home, and moved their belongings back. I can only imagine what could have happened to them, and other seniors when given this ultimatum, if they had sold their home, and had no where else to go. This appears to be yet another case of senior fraud.
