My dad had a bad stroke over a month ago.He was in and out of the hospital then ended up in Warm Springs. Not once has anyone been helpful or commutative about his situation and recovery until we moved him to Juniper. A whole team sat us all down and we were finally able to get some actual answers and a plan implemented for his best possible care and recovery.They were just wonderful and my dad is motivated and happy. So thankful for his team!!

If you are considering sending your loved one here I strongly suggest against it. Along with If you're considering working there I advise you not to. Juniper Village all around seems like a pretty decent company but at this location the management is poor and a few of the workers there create an uncomfortable work environment. There's bullying, harassment, gossip and all of it is known but simply being ignored by management. They are TERRIBLY understaffed so most likely if you choose to put your loved one at this location they will most definitely will be waiting for about two hours considering there is most likely only one person per floor. The work load is draining. The used to have at least 3 people per floor working and now it's only one person per floor plus the people who hand out medication. But they do not help. It says assisted living but majority of the people there need to be in nursing homes. The place is infested witch lage and small roaches and the kitchen food is at times just down right disgusting.

Working at Juniper is one of the best decisions I made. My employees, residents and management are awesome. Activities department is one of the best in town. Juniper on Basse Rd. Cares and loves their residents.

Juniper Village at Lincoln heights is a beautiful community filled with a caring staff and lots of different activities to keep your loved ones active. I would definitely recommend Juniper Village to anyone who is looking for a placed for their loved ones to live.
