Our family has been truly grateful for the outstanding care my mother receives at Heritage Oaks. From the top administrators to every member of the staff, the professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown each day are remarkable. The caregivers treat residents with genuine kindness and respect, ensuring not only their safety but also their dignity and emotional well-being. The leadership team is highly responsive and proactive -they take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and always follow through. On the rare occasions when concerns have come up, they've been handled quickly, thoughtfully, and with successful resolutions that reflect Heritage Oaks' deep commitment to excellence. It's clear that everyone at Heritage Oaks truly cares about the residents and works together to create a warm, supportive, and family-like environment. Seeing my mother comfortable, engaged, and well cared for gives us such peace of mind. We are deeply appreciative of the entire Heritage Oaks team - their dedication and compassion make all the difference!

Heritage Oaks provided exceptional care and compassion for my mom. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with genuine kindness and respect. They were attentive not only to her medical needs but also to her comfort and dignity. During her final days, their compassion and sensitivity made all the difference — for her and for our family. Every nurse, aide, and staff member showed such warmth and professionalism, helping to create a peaceful, caring environment. I will always be grateful for the gentle, respectful way they helped us through such a difficult time.

My Mom moved to Heritage Oaks at the end of June 2025. Placing my mom, in a Memory Care Community was one of the most difficult emotional processes that I have experienced. Knowing your loved one will be safe and cared for helps through this transition. Heritage Oaks has done much more than that. Deana, Clinical Manager of Memory Care continues to go above and beyond in the ways she communicates how my mom is doing, whether it to be to communicate joyous moments or struggling moments. The staff is kind, nurturing and patient. Every resident is addressed by their name, and it is clear how well the staff knows their residents. No Memory Care facility, in my opinion, will ever be perfect and without flaws or issues. However, each time there was an issue that I brought to Deana’s attention or general management’s attention, our issues were taken seriously, and staff followed through to resolve or address the issues. My Mom seems to enjoy the food, and she certainly participates and enjoys the activities and entertainment, which is more frequent, than I had expected. The Memory Care residents join the residents in Assisted Living to participate in the activities, live entertainment and parties that are offered. I am grateful my mom is safe, enjoying the activities, and making positive connections with members (staff and residents) in this community. An added positive note is, Heritage Oaks is a welcoming community that encourages visiting when convenient for your schedule.

I selected Heritage Oaks Memory Care facility for my mom and glad I did. Dee and her staff have been outstanding with care, cleanings, meals, activities, and communications to keep me updated with mom. One can't expect 100% within a memory care facility. But this place does their best. I will highly recommend Heritage Oaks to care for your elderly folks 😀
