They just updated place to a more modern look. I've had both my father in law and mother in law at this location. Never had any problems reported to me. A little complaints on the food selections, but I have always had good contact with the manager and other staff. Very helpful. Also hired in house care takers there for my father in-law who took very good care of his daily needs.

Nice senior apartment complex. My mom was a resident since 2017. This is independent senior living, but they do have a couple companies in the building to hire for additional services in care if needed. This is extremely helpful so your loved one can stay in their apartment and not have to move. We found the staff to be very nice and helpful. They have a lot of activities for the residents if one wishes to participate. Many choices on the menu daily. Unfortunately my mom did not care for the food and complained that meat was often too tough to eat and not appetizing. One thing to be aware of when you sign the lease is that you are required to give a 30 day notice even if you die. This gives the company quite a lot of money with no services being rendered. As stated though, you do agree to it when you sign the lease and your loved ones will be responsible for payment. All in all great senior place to live in Yucaipa if one can afford it.

My mom has lived at Golden Oaks for several years now and it has become her home. The staff are friendly and helpful. She has met many new friends. Most residents like to socialize and get involved with the activities and games provided. The new decor is modern and beautifully decorated. It’s a nice place to live.

Golden Oaks has a modern and light atmosphere. It’s evident that friendships are forged here and it allows for seniors to continue to live an independent life while getting help with areas of life they no longer wish to deal with or need assistance with. The dining area is stunning. It’s like a five star restaurant. The residents enjoy engaging, and enjoyable activities for active seniors. This facility is a must see. It is centrally located to shops as well. I would encourage anyone who is looking for beautiful living accommodations for their loved one to visit and take a tour.
