Overview
Growing Gracefully at Golden Grace
At Golden Grace, we’re not just a care facility but a community of compassion, laughter, and heartfelt connections.
You’ll find us in the heart of McKinney, Texas- just a hop, skip, and jump east of I-75. Our cozy spot serves not only McKinney but also the surrounding communities.
We’re all about personalized care. Golden Grace is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services (DADS), and our mission is crystal clear: to create meaningful experiences for our residents.
For those with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia, we’ve got your back. Our program focuses on social, emotional, and physical well-being. We want our members to thrive, stay healthy, and maintain their independence.
Our days are filled with joy! From pet therapy sessions (because who can resist a furry friend?) to music sing-alongs, cognitive games, line-dancing, and even a friendly game of bingo, uno, skipbo, spades, or dominos. There’s never a dull moment.
We know caregiving can be both rewarding and challenging. That’s why we offer respite care - a breather for caregivers who need some support. You take care of your loved ones; we’ll take care of you.
Our Assisted Living/Memory Care rooms are like a cozy nest, each one is private, fully furnished with a half bath including a WIFI-TV. And guess what? We’ve got cameras that detect motion-ensuring safety and peace of mind, especially during restless nights. We have numerous exciting indoor and outdoor common areas to gather with members and residents.
Our professionally decorated rooms are 13x13, spacious enough for comfort and coziness. It’s all about making it feel like home. So bring your favorite book, picture, pillow, or blanket and live your golden life with us at Golden Grace. We even have a Wellness Center that's available until 8 p.m. daily overseen by our in-house Occupational Therapist. If gardening is your thing we have that too, our garden is maintained by our day activity members and residents.
Residents get the best of both worlds. They can soak up the vibrant energy of our Adult Day activity program and enjoy the companionship of fellow community resident members.
So, whether it’s a heartfelt chat, a game of trivia, or simply basking in the Texas sunshine, Golden Grace is here to make every day golden.

Visited this location to see if it might be a good fit for a family member. Staff is some of the nicest people you'll meet. Faculty was clean and well maintained, worth a look if you have the need.

My mom has attended Golden Grace for almost a year. She suffers with Alzheimer's, so it was challenging to find suitable Adult Day Care. My mother loves the staff here. All of the staff are very patient, loving and caring. This program has really helped our family by giving us peace of mind knowing that she is receiving excellent care while away from home. They have great activities for the participants, which keep them engaged. The medical staff are excellent. They tend to my mom's special needs and ensure she's safe and happy. I absolutely love the agency! If you are looking for a loving and safe place for your aging parents, please consider Golden Grace.

I came here to spend a day volunteering as a nursing student and had to leave a review because I loved this facility. The staff are so warm, fun, and caring. The environment is home-y, casual, comfortable, clean and structured yet fun. Everyone including the elders visiting for the day were so friendly and happy to be there and interact with staff and each other. We played memory games, physical games, stretched, listened to music and chatted all day. It was bittersweet because I loved this place but wish that my grandfather who had Alzheimer’s and dementia could have had a place like this to come to when he was still with us. I know he would have loved it and it would have been a blessing to my family when we struggled to find adequate care for him.

I'm so happy that we found this place for my mom to go. She has dementia. The staff here really have a heart to help. We searched around the metroplex and have not found a senior day care center with a similar vision of caring for dementia patients. My mom loves going there and is always in a great mood when we pick her up and says that she has had a great time there. I thank God for Rhema and Greg and the whole staff.
