Care

Assisted Living

A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.

Independent Living

Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.

Memory Care

Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.

Life Plan/CCRCs

Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

Transit Score®, when available, measures how well a location is served by public transit. Scores range from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating more amenities within walking distance and diverse transit options nearby.

Our aunt was a resident of Presbyterian Manor for 7 1/2 years, before her passing. Most of her time was spent in assisted living. The was amazing. She was treated like family, her dignity was protected at all times, and the final years of her life had quality because of the care she received. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for quality care of a loved one!

I had a friend who started out at Presbyterian Manor in Assisted Living. She loved it there and everyone treated her great. She eventually had to move to the Healthcare side and was taken care of by some of the nicest workers who were always there to take care of her needs. Presbyterian Manor is a great place if you are looking for Assisted Living or Healthcare.

My dad has been at Presbyterian Manor for 3 years. He has had wonderful care throughout that time. I wouldn’t want him to be anywhere else ❤️

I would like to share my feelings on being a new resident at the Presbyterian Manor. It was always my intention to be the place to go if I ever needed to enter such a facility. That time happened this past fall. I served as a Long Term Care Ombudsman here for twenty years and it gave me an excellent background in knowing what to expect when "my time came if and when". I couldn't be more pleased. It is what I hoped it to be. Staff and management were so helpful in the details of my moving in. I can't thank each enough in making this my NEW HOME!
