I was pleased how the employees treated the residents in memory care section. They allowed the residents "space" to do what they could do. When residents asked for assistance, your employees assisted them with our being short with the residents. I know it was a taxing day since it is a holiday and I'm sure they would like to be with family. I understand that - I worked in the medical equipment many years and many holidays. Praying God's blessings on you. I was happy that they served a previous client her food early and allowed her plenty of time to eat. She was my client before coming to Elam. I love her dearly. I was serving another client today but I did watch her.

I enjoyed visiting the facility. The place was warming and so was the staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and greeted you very professional. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

The residents were exclaiming in the elevator how clean their rooms are and the staff is excellent here with cleanliness and they love that about living here !
