We did a tour yesterday and my mom was beyond pleased. We were introduced to all the residents we bumped into and the sales manager Gwendolyn knew them each by name. There was not one scour face or scowl which is what my mom expected. She is ready to move today and this takes a tremendous load off of both of us. I'll post again after she's been there a while.

Please take photo of me, and post it instead of my sister. I feel very comfortable living here. The staff knows me by name, and are friendly, and seem to care that things are going well. And, the food is good, and well-prepared.

My complaints and suggestions prompted the manager Marc to visit m the next day! Awesome customer service. Being heard is everything in apartment living. Beautiful living spaces and warm community, as well as excellent transportation services make this a wonderful retirement home.

Over 90% of the time the food is good to very good. I have put on a little weight since I got here. My fault, not theirs. As someone else said, it is a calm and peaceful place. As part of my contract, when I moved here as a resident, I was given three months to decide whether to stay here or not. I asked people who had been here 10 years, 20 years and even 30 years, what they thought of the place. They all said they liked it. Now, I am looking forward to my carpeting being changed because it was not done before I moved in. I have been promised it will be done soon.
