The staff at this facility are wonderful; however, The Management Company is ALL about taking your $$$$. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional & will steal every dollar they can from you….. 👍🏻 If you choose this facility, Just know the company motto is “Show me the Money “ Their not the least bit concerned about your family member. / resident. I had to pay for three months $ 9,900.00. My mom was only in her apartment for five weeks. Very evil management!!!

Alzheimers is a hateful often insidious and often in your face disease. When it is your loved one there are no words for all the emotions. Nursing homes and Covid just are not were not a good mix. The experience here was just a nightmare chapter in the life of a woman and her son. My friends. She is gone from this world now. I have not forgotten. I wish I PRAY. For better ways and kinder ways of dealing with an awful hateful disease. There were several nursing homes in her final journey. Situations that were questionable. I pray if the questions were true Your loved one or yourself never have to go through it .

I’m so excited that we chose Dogwood Trails Assisted Living facility as my mother’s new home. The property is a safe, clean, and well maintained facility. The other residents are friendly and seem happy to be living here. My mother lovers her new place! The Executive Director was so informative and personable, she went out of her way to make sure we felt more than amazing about our decision. If you’re looking for an assisted living home in Palestine Texas, don’t waste your time anywhere else, just come here first.

We transferred our Mom from out of state to Dogwood Trails. Amelia, marketing, and the entire staff are wonderful. They answered all our questions and helped to get our mom settled quickly. All the residents have been supportive and welcoming. The facility is clean, fresh, and open. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
