The staff at Crown Pointe are so accommodating and friendly. Kathy the receptionist is so kind and helpful and she always has a helping hand. She made my dad’s move so much easier. From taking time to find the flat bed cart whenever we needed it to ordering my dad his supper after his big day moving and making sure it was delivered to his room. I am beyond excited to have my dad here!

I recently placed my significant other at Crown Point. From the moment I walked in I got a good feeling about the place. Everyone was incredibly nice and had answers to all my questions. They really care about the residents and have been wonderful during the adjustment period of living in a new environment

Years ago, I had secured a room for my mom here. Unfortunately, she did not leave the hospital. Recently, I visited a resident at CP. As a retired RN, I was so impressed with the security measures, the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the overall caring professionalism. Delighted to see it seemed unchanged.
