My parents in their 90's recently moved to Creekside. From the first tour of the facility and through the registration process the staff has been helpful, informative and friendly. Mom and Dad have lived independently in their own home until very recently, and moving to an apartment community is a big change late in life. The staff has been very welcoming and supportive through this transition. Services, activities and food options are all good, and there is also a full compact kitchen in the apartment. The apartment and common areas are clean and well kept, and there is weekly housekeeping service for the apartment. Cost is competitive with other comparable facilities in the area.

My grandmother was here for 3 months and passed away there. While there are a few of the med techs and 2 CNA that were amazing that's where is stopped for caring staff. I have received 3 bills from them in the 5 weeks she's been gone but not a condolence letter which I find absurd if you are in the business of caring for people's loved ones. My grandmother's toilet seat was half way off of the bowl while I was there once and the staff I showed said she would put an order in and started to walk out of the room, when I asked her if maintenance was there, as it was a weekend, she said no and continued on out the door, I had to do my best to fix it in my own. Her closet doors were never on the track no matter how many times u reported they needed fixing. They left her in her room rather than take her to meals and said it was because of her oxygen. I could go on and on. I would never consider taking a family member there if they are not 100% able to care for themselves. I feel horrible I couldn't make different arrangements and that she ended her life living there.

Assisted living is terrible and short handed. Food service is basic. This facility should stick to Independent living because they do not provide the care (and don't breakdown what the levels of care cover) promised to AL residents. Upper level staff is unresponsive to families and requests for change. Billing and Accounting is atrocious and confusing. No accountability from management. No upper staff available on weekends and front desk shuts down at 7:30pm. Don't put your loved ones here if you expect any higher level of care.

My grandmother is here. The staff, although having a higher turnover rate, is always helpful and treats the old folks with respect. Their memory care is good, but still could use a little work. Food is pretty good and the schedule varies nicely. Some more outdoor activities would be nice, but the indoor activities schedule is good. I would encourage you or your parents to participate. Transportation is available to those that need it.
