Located in western North Dakota, an area rich in frontier history, CountryHouse stands alone as the only community exclusively devoted to providing exceptional care for those with memory loss due to all types of dementia. Visit our community and you’ll see why hundreds have made our community their home away from home. Enriching activities, fun outings, delicious meals and more are enjoyed by each of our 30 residents.
Our sister community, The Kensington, offers assisted living and is located just a few blocks away. We’re pleased to serve local seniors with services at both communities.

Starting Price $4,995
Starting Rates: Base rates for a companion suite start at $4,995. Base rates for a private suite start at $6,495. Respite care rates start at $225 per 24-hour period. Day stay visits are $150 a day.

Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
