Most of the reviews are old. I was a resident there for 10 months. It was overall an awful experience. This facility is 98% memory care. If you don’t have dementia you won’t be happy there. Most of the care staff are unmotivated and uncaring and often don’t respond to pendant calls. The food is terrible. I think for folks with dementia it’s probably ok. The director should have told us this is essentially a memory care/nursing home environment,

My mother was a resident at Country Gardens for 2 years. The care was excellent. Staff were always responsive to her special needs with loving care. She was treated like the diva she thought she was. I hope they are continuing the same quality of service.

My mom received excellent care here. She had the onset of dementia, congestive heart failure, and was in a wheelchair. Rachel, the administrator, was wonderful to my mom and Southern Grace Hospice went over and beyond to care for her. I highly recommend Country Gardens .

My first visit here when I went to sign an application I ranged the bell twice and was calling the number provided on their website and no one NEVER answered the door or phone. Second time visiting someone answered the door after the second rang. I seen maybe 15 residents and only 2 Employees. And I leave this comment to say this: I can and call this place to check the status of my APPLICATION and no one NEVER answers. The one time they did they said the Hiring lady will not be in in the next few days. Y’all clearly NEED THE HELP HERE! I wouldn’t dear put my love ones in a place that don’t answer the phone. If y’all hired more people maybe someone can answer the phone at all times like a Professional business is suppose too and also y’all GOOGLE VIEWS will go up because the families will be more pleased.
