My experience at this place is not all that great. I am not happy with how they clean or I should say not clean all the rooms. My dad had coffee stains, on the coffee table in the living room, and they were very h a r d, you can tell they've been there for at least 2 weeks if not more. My sister-in-law had to come in and sweep and mop the dining room kitchen and bathroom floors and that is not her job my parents are paying too much money for that I am not happy with that. You wanted the truth there it is. And hopefully you won't treat our parents badly, because of my review.

The bed was not made right it was covered up with a damp towel over wet spot, refrigerator was dirty spilled juice in and on door, stains on carpet, bathroom was dirty. Visitors made bed removed wet towel, cleaned refrigerator, cleaned bathroom, dumped trash.

All staff went above and beyond to help place my dad and stepmom in a comfortable and safe living space. I would recommend Commonwealth to anyone.

My sister moved here in April and is very happy. She loves her apartment and all the amenities. Everyone is friendly and respectful to her. There are always a lot of activities and her favorites are the trips to parks, the Gilmore Car Museum, lunches in different places, and the occasional shopping trip. The location is close to everything and we would recommend it strongly if you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained place with great staff!
