Enjoyed seeing my mom, she was seated for lunch and moved to be seated next to me. Staff brought water when asked. Mom drank it up and ate good. I live out of town and don't see her often. Nice visit.

We had a wonderful experience at Commonwealth Senior Living during the three years my mom lived there. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring and loving staff to give Mom the care she needed. They became like family and they mean the world to us! Specific staff we’d like to recognize: Jennifer Garnett, Sara Wooddell, Sabrina Smith, Shana OConnor, Tabitha Hallman, Kim Mallery, Jamie Lafollette and Trisha, Destiny Runyon, Dana (night shift aide), Carly and Ashley Barton, Vanessa Camacho, Hailey Griffith, Bobbi Lockhart, Natasha, Norys, Shelby, Sadie Wooddell, Pat (kitchen), Michelle (hair stylist), Teresa (manicurist), Brandi (activities), Ben, Dee, Kira Melvin, and I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few! We cannot thank this staff enough for all their efforts. I will always recommend CSL Front Royal, this staff makes it the best place for a loved one to live.

Good 1st impression. Recommended this facility to a family member who may need long term care in the future. Would definitely consider this as an option for myself, if necessary?

In my 39 years of serving assisted living facilities as an elevator mechanic. I must say that CSL and one other facility are the best I have ever seen from management to retaining associates to the cleanliness inside and out. The care and love given to every resident is second to no other facility. Everyone I have met has always been nice and respectful. My mom and dad came here in the assisted living when dad passed mom was moved to memory care side of the facility. Prior to my dads passed ng he and my mom loved the people and the facility and it’s location the Mountain View’s and the wildlife that they could watch from the window or views on the front porch.
