Paid for laundry to be done once a week, well, got done once in a month. Apparently when It comes to medicine, depends on who is working if you get it all. Staff was told about my mom the day she moved in, staff stated, oh no not here, we will get her out and about to meet other residents and do activities. That hasn’t happened either. Appears you can believe less than half what you are told there. Beware! Staff is nice until you question them.

So far for the short time my mom as been there it has been a positive experience for her. The staff are very kind to her and she really seems to like them. It is a nice and clean environment and they take great care of my mom. There are lots of activities for the residents so my mom does not get too bored. It is also very nice to be able to visit when ever you want without being on a strict schedule. Also, it is nice to able to eat with your loved one. Overall, I am quite pleased and impressed with Commonwealth Senior Living in Chesterfield County.

My mom has been living in this community for almost two years. I can’t say enough positive things about her RMA, Kavon Dorsey. She goes above and beyond and is so loving and friendly. I visit my mom once a week and see her wonderful interaction with all of the residents. She is extremely professional and takes the time to listen to me with genuine concern for my mom. We are so grateful to have her as part of my mom’s care team.

Kavon is a great Med Tech. Top of the line! Update. Vanessa is another great Med Tech at CSL Chesterfield. Both of these ladies are always ready to help and they always help when they help. Not just lip service. Always friendly.
