My mother was there 19 months. I was great in the beginning. Last month I visited and she had gotten an infection on her feet. They treated it with neosporin. My mom only knew that it hurt. I'm glad I found it. I took her to ER and ER said she had gangrene and cellulitis. The director Laurel, lied to my family multiple times. Every person I have shown the picture of my mother's foot has gasped and said, "I hope you are suing them for neglect!"

My husband received really great care at Cogir of Bothell Memory Care. I was so happy with how they cared about their residents.

Sunrise of Bothell has become my extended family. They have been amazing at helping my mother acclimate to her new surroundings this past month and they’ve done it with care and understanding. They always answer the dozens of questions I have for them and always say to call any time. Everyone is friendly and kind and are great listeners. Their activities are both plentiful and well rounded. I deeply appreciate the work they do to keep my mother and all residents there safe and happy. I don’t know what I or my mother would do without them :-) Thank you, Sunrise!

My mom has only been living here now for just two weeks but I can not believe the transformation. She is like a new person. Before coming her she was living alone and I believe she slowly began to slip into isolation and therefore dementia flourished. At Sunrise they engage the residents constantly. After just a few minutes of observation you can tell that all of the staff really care for the residents and have been professionally trained on how to treat them. They also produce a monthly calendar that is chock full of daily activities. They even have several outdoor trips each week as well. I have joined my mom occasionally for meals and everything was really good and fresh. I did a lot of research before deciding on this "new' home for my mom. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. It is well worth checking out if you are in need of a place for someone requiring memory care.
