While the maintenance of the facility is less than ideal, I have been so impressed with the wonderful folks working at Clover in Auburn. Their gentle demeanor and upbeat manner brighten spirits. Today, as I sat with my stepdad in a quiet common room, another resident walked in and fell. In less than a second, about 8 staff appeared out of nowhere, racing to her aid. Their incredibly prompt attentiveness and gentle professionalism was so reassuring and admirable. I feel my stepdad is in loving hands.

I have to say that having a loved one here since the start had been very hard. However the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to keep us informed. We were able to do some thru the window visitations for s fee months. Then the covid outbreak started at Clover, so no visitations since. The staff has been working so hard to take care of the residents while risking their own health. I am happy to say we feel comforted knowing the kind of people that are caring for our loved ones. Thanks Clover for going above and beyond & being so transparent throughout Covid.

Hi I am just wondering if it is normal practice of this facility to leave medcups with pills sitting on bedside tables for residents to administer themselves? I am also wondering who to contact with issues and concerns. There seems to be noway to connect with Administrators with concerns.
