If you’re looking for a place for your parents to live and they truly need a better quality of life, Clearwater is the place! I’m a physical therapist who specifically treats older adults and I’ve been to so many ILF/ALF facilities and this place stands above the rest! The amount of unique activities and outings is amazing, the food quality, the exceptional care from the caregivers, and up to the corporate staff who keep this place running…absolutely OUTSTANDING! If I were to choose to live in a community, this would be at the top. I recommend you take a tour and see if for yourself!

I wouldn't pay this organization unless you have your suitcase and moving truck in the parking lot. The staff was lovely right up until you pay and they give you the apartment #. While we had extenuating circumstances we were not prepared for the bait and switch that occurred. They even tried to move our family member to their other facility overlooking the parking lot. Not the facility we chose and especially not the room. We have not seen one cent back and our family member never spent 1 day or 1 minute there. We didn't even put a suitcase in their apartment. Buyer beware.

This is a luxury senior community to call home! Julia and the Team at Clearwater pay attention to the details of what each person's needs are and follow an established plan of care. I highly recommend the community to maintain an active and great quality of life.

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak has been wonderful for my dad. From our first interactions with the very caring Julia Cilley, Sales Director to all of their staff. They have been extremely professional, kind and compassionate from helping my dad feel comfortable in his beautiful new home to consistently going the extra mile. My dad has high expectations, especially with respect to his culinary experience and they have continued to exceed his (and my families expectations). They genuinely care about each of their residents. The last time I had lunch with him he said it was the best grilled cheese he’s ever had. Nicole Southey, the Executive Director is personally and directly involved in all aspects of the total experience for the resident, their family, and seems extremely involved with her staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who Is looking for a place to call home.
