I’ve had the opportunity to work with Clearwater Mayo over the last year doing a program called Timeslips. On a weekly basis we are able to spend time with residents and staff in Memory Support interacting in purposeful engagement. The caregivers are very helpful and even participate with the residents. Lora from activities and Donna, the Memory Support Director have been amazing to work with. Greenstaff Home Care prioritizes partnerships where we can provide additional support to communities that share our values when it comes to compassionate care. When you spend regular time at a community you begin to notice how a team communicates and interacts with their residents. Marcy and Alfred are part of a Sales team that consistently stay on top of all the logistics and attention to details that families need when making a choice to move into a new environment. Rose and Tai provide ongoing support for activities and programs that cater to the interests of the residents. Belinda has just joined the team as their new Executive Director and clearly dedicated to continuing a high level of care and services for the residents. Christine works ongoing for residents in assisted living providing care and looking at overall wellbeing. They say first impressions are everything. Lisa, who you will meet as soon as you walk into this gorgeous community, is a breath of fresh air. She brings professionalism, kindness, guidance and genuine empathy to each person she encounters. Her communication, with professionals like myself, families and residents is unsurpassed. Come see this community! Tour with Alfred or Marcy and watch a Timeslips session in Memory Support. Nothing short of amazing is how I'd start this review! From our site of 8 different assisted living communities, where Clearwater was the obvious choice for my Mom, through the move-in a few weeks ago, we have been so impressed with everything and everyone! The Executive Director and team, sales team, the lifestyle & wellness team, the concierge team, the culinary and dining room teams, the housekeeping and maintenance team and the move-in team are all exceptional. With every request, every interaction - there is quick and thorough follow-up/follow-through. This community is like no other we visited. It feels like a resort. I could go on. Best decision for my Mom as well as our family. We're just so happy to be part of the Clearwater community. Thank you to all!

I recently was a guest speaker & the residents & staff were wonderful. The location is beautiful & I was warmly greeted by everyone. It was a great experience & I can’t wait to go back.

Clearwater is a beautiful place, with very fine furnishings. The meals are usually good, and the service in the dining room is good. There are many activities to keep you busy during the day.The residents are very friendly, and I enjoy being with them. I feel that overall Clearwater Mayo is a nice place to live.
