Thank you to the amazing staff at the Clarendale Arcadia for providing an awesome home for my mother. Everyone including Ana, Christian, Shawna and the whole team give amazing attention. From the beginning with the orange carpet welcome, everyone has gone above and beyond. She has great care, great friends and lots of fun activities.

I absolutely can not say enough good things about Kimberly Ravens and her team in the memory care part of Clarendale. Emma (My Favorite), Erica, Johanna Monica, Juan and all the rest of the staff are awesome. I visit my 94 year old grandfather there daily and the energy is just wonderful. Staff is always engaging with the members and genuinely care. There is always something going on…baking, doing art projects, having stimulating presentations, singing and dancing. Truly everyone feels like family there. The food is fantastic… sometimes I eat in memory care and sometimes we head out to the main dining for a change of scenery and it is wonderful. This was a major transition that happened quickly after my grandmothers passing. Clarendale was the first place I checked out and honestly everything else just left me disappointed. I checked out other places just to say I did my research knowing I didn’t want my grandpa to be anywhere else. There were 7 siblings to please with this decision and everyone voted yes site unseen and they have been incredibly pleased with the choice to make this grandpa new home… we were worried my grandpa might decline fast after losing my grandpa but honestly the the staff has helped him to thrive and really enjoy his new home🙌

The journey to find care for a family member with dementia ended with the discovery of Clarendale Arcadia! Being highly rated by US News & World Report was verified by a visit and later by the care received by a family member. From the very beginning, the caregivers have proved to be exceptional. No matter what hour, what time of day, they greet everyone with a welcoming smile and are always found sitting with and among the residents. All are specifically trained in dementia care and have proven to be skilled in managing the challenges of such. The therapeutic programs and meaningful activities vary daily and are offered to all. They provide a well-run daily a daily schedule including meals, activities, and personal care. No matter what time of day, her room is always clean. Her laundry service regularly ensures that her bedding and clothes are clean and ready for use. Heading up this exceptional care is Kimberly Revans, the Memory Care Director. She personally interacts daily with the patients and their families and is always available for a call, an email, or a visit. Her guidance and knowledge base has proven to be invaluable as I and my family member deals with the dementia journey. We remain extremely grateful to Kimberly for her guidance and commitment to the well-being of my family member.
