After mother in law’s death, it took 6 phone calls over a period of two weeks to talk to a manager, as they never returned calls. After persistently calling, Laura, Regional Supervisor, finally answered then put us on hold. We had to call again to get her back. It had been six weeks, and we had not received notice of deposit return. In the subsequent conversation, they would not give us an itemized list of charges, and even though Mom kept her apartment spotless, we were charged a $150 deep clean on one small bedroom carpet that we had previously cleaned. Rather than being sympathetic towards our loss, this employee was more focused on keeping Mom’s money. From our perspective, don’t expect much in the way of communication, responsiveness , transparency, attention to details, and customer service.

This was a wonderful active senior luxury community. The current owner and FDI management are not paying maintenance or upkeep costs. Pool service has not been paid so no longer servicing pool and can not use due to chemical imbalance. Each resident pays $25 month for valet trash service. This company was also not paid and we no longer have trash pickup. The back stone wall was damaged and has not been repaired since January. The entry gates have not worked in months. And it continues to decline. Praying new owners will restore the property and return the quality and security of this property. Think twice about moving here if the current owner Angela Friedrichs and FDI management are still in charge

I am extremely happy here. I live in the cottages and it is very peaceful. When I request service I get it immediately. Cheryl the manager goes out of her way to make sure we are satisfied. She has an open door policy. That lets me know come in anytime. She is very kind and courteous. She’s the best property manager I’ve ever met. I love her warm spirit. We have a staff full of helpful, polite and courteous members from the office staff to the maintenance men. The staff is why I’m still here 2 yrs later. I’m wanting my parents to move here. This place is full of activities, respect and love for one another!

So it won’t allow for a 1/2 star rating. I moved into the property because of my previous property maintenance issues. They knew that was my reason for moving, yet a proper walk through was not performed before my move in date. Grouting missing from shower, dishwasher not installed properly, cabinets not installed properly, rust stains on tub and tile areas, adhesive on the flooring throughout the whole unit, water leak from plumbing that damaged the flooring, lights not working, missing a/c vent, a/c drainage not properly plumbed, and millipedes by the dozens to name a few issues. I moved there because it was a new property and a new never lived in unit. Service requests were submitted but not fully completed or took several times for repairs to be made correctly. An emergency maintenance call for a/c going out went unanswered until the next day as well as me getting a motel room for the night because of the heat. This emergency issue had happened before to someone else and may be resolved now, but would not bet the farm on it. Since this is a senior living facility I would have expected more with higher aged clientele at their property. Sad thing is my elderly parents are looking for a new place to downsize and I can’t recommend them moving into this place. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I don’t want others to experience this like I did.
