As a Home Health Care owner, I frequently attend events at Charter Woodholme, and I’m always impressed by their strong sense of community and commitment to bringing people together. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The residents are actively engaged in fun activities and truly seem to be enjoying life to the fullest. A wonderful place that genuinely cares about its community and residents! A special shout out to Karissa for taking pride in her job and doing it with excellence!

We all know moving an aging parent into assisted living is a big, emotional and sometimes stressful experience. But the staff ar Charter Senior Living at Woodholme Crossing has been very responsive and supportive for my mom’s needs, as well as providing all they can in terms of activities, as well as daily meals! We have felt welcome and cared for, as well as seen and heard if any needs/issues arrive. It’s all we want for my mom to be in a place that can feel like home.

Beware if this place! Especially if your loved one has dementia and has to go into memory care! Moved my dad here from Philly burbs to be closer to us and within weeks, against what they originally said, they moved him to memory care. Then they switched his room again. No wonder he was even more confused. He progressed to the point he had some issues with some other people and they didn't handle home properly and never had answers for us. Within five months, he was hospitalized for 7 weeks because they couldn't deal with him and then he died. As far as I am concerned, they put him out to pasture, all while acting like they cared and with smiles. DO NOT fall for their fake caring act. It is all good as long as the people sit around and do nothing! Some of the caretakers were good but get burnt out and leave. Turnover is high. I could give on and on and that was only a short period of time. Horrible experience. Regret decision 100 percent. Sorry Dad. Miss you!

I’m a referral partner of Woodholme crossing. I have trusted them to take great care of the clients that I have referred. Families and clients have been very pleased with the service received. The team is very welcoming from the front desk receptionist to the director. Definitely a welcoming community
