My father-in-law was at Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge for the last three months of his life. We could not be happier with the wonderful, warm and supportive staff who provided him with the best care. Melissa heads the nursing team and she is a star. Rich seems to be able to solve every problem including facilitating our moves in and out. Management is very responsive and the place is pristine. The waitstaff in the dining room are friendly and caring, and my father-in-law raved about the food. Charter Living was the best decision we could have made for him. Thank you!

I live out of state, and this facility has constantly kept me informed on the care and well-being of my brother. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the same type of situation. What I like most is they return your calls and are very courteous when you ask questions

My father and I came for a SPARK event to get a taste of the place. Nobody greeted us though we did have to wait to check in. The sign in process didn't work. It didn't know that there was an event and didn't allow for a 2 person group. The food was served without utensils. Meanwhile, after a presentation about healthy DASH eating for heart health, the dining options consisted of grilled cheese and french fries for lunch and macaroni and cheese and fried chicken / salmon for dinner. Shortage of parking and the first doorway we walked in was blocked by construction materials. Definitely not a good impression!

My Uncle is currently staying at Charter. The staff is very friendly and personable. You can tell that they are very kind and caring. They are also very responsive. I highly recommend this facility.
