I was pleasantly greeted, assisted with computer check-in, walked the resident's room, and assisted with check-out following my visit. The residents appeared to be actively involved in activities of they chose to participate.

Appreciated the separate bedrooms in the companion suite and the pleasant personnel that we spoke with (Bailey and Kim). Also, appreciate Kim's willingness to work with me on the financial aspect. Finally, enjoyed the fact that there is a library, rocking chairs and tablecloths on the dining tables. Overall, a very positive visit.

Carpet needs removing. Looks like it is never vacuumed and it is extremely soiled. Quite a bit of debris in the floor right outside my Dad's room. Renovations don't seem to be being done at all in the Memory care area. There was no unpleasant smell at all so I will give you positive credit for that.
