Charter Senior Living of Brookfield

Absolutely lovely environment with a fabulous staff full of truly caring and enthusiastic staff with an eye for detail and truly hospitable and HAPPY disposition. We met with Emily and also with Jillian on more than one occasion and were introduced to many other friendly and caring employees who showed they were there for more than just 'doing their job'. You can tell they love helping with the needs of the residents and they truly make sure they take every approach to ensuring each individual resident has the components they require around them to make their living environment a dream come true! It's refreshing to be able to have a place to call home that allows for such diverse residents with a variety of care needs, but who all feel so at home and happy under one (quite impressive) roof! :) We are delighted to have found this place through A Place For Mom, who actually introduced us to the directors and staff at Charter.

I had toured several other facilities before one day just walking into Charter. As I had previously setup appointments with those other facilities upon arrival I was surprised that just when just dropping in to inquire on prices not only was I greeted by a friendly face as I walked in but within minutes I was taken to a room to go over my fathers needs and my concerns for my father. Marionna never once made me feel rushed or that I was a disturbance to her day as again I did not have an appointment. She spent time going over his needs and then giving me a tour of the building. In such a questionable and difficult time I felt comfortable in knowing that this would be a good place for my dad. The next day I was able to bring my father for an evaluation as well as a tour of his own. He felt comfortable instantly and loved the atmosphere. The concerns I had were put at ease! Marionna not only gave us a good experience from the day I randomly walked in but she also assisted every step of the way. If there was a question that she didn’t have an immediate answer to she would shortly get back to me with one. Although he hasn’t been there for long, I know he is in good hands. There’s always someone there to greet you and everyone is so kind. From the front desk to maintenance and in between, everyone has been so helpful.

I was looking for a nice living complex for my mother who is retired and in need of extra care when I came across Brookfield’s Charter Senior Living. I met with Marionna and was impressed by her immense knowledge of the facility and staff. She was patient, kind and answered all of my questions ( and there were several). I would definitely recommend meeting with her to learn more about what they offer.

I recently toured Charter of Brookfield in CT with my aunt, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The Executive Director, Clarixy Batista, was exceptional. She was incredibly informative, taking the time to answer all our questions and provide detailed insights into the community's offerings. Her courteous and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the residents, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Charter in Brookfield to anyone whose looking for a safe, caring, and friendly environment for their loved ones.
