**I will start by saying I have no interest in a copy and pasted generic response to this review** My father spent only a month and a half at Celebration assisted-living, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. During that short time he was dropped in the shower by the care team not once, but three times. The third time being so severe that it resulted in a trip to the emergency room and weeks in rehab. In addition to the repeated falls, my father was not cared for properly. Being left on the toilet for up to an hour. Not being cleaned properly. No one coming to the room after repeated tries using the pendant. Laundry not done. This is not the standard of care we were promised or expected. On ( what ended up being) my father’s last night at Celebration he fell out of his bed and was on the floor for hours before someone found him. This resulted in another trip the the emergency room and a 5 day stay in the hospital. During those 5 days we did not hear a peep from the head nurse, Lauren Gibson, or anyone else from the facility to see how he was doing. Completely unacceptable. We also tried to speak with the person (in person) who handles the billing because of multiple errors and we were told she was “unavailable” after waiting for over an hour. We left our phone numbers for her to call one of us back and that never happened either. Also unacceptable. The staff’s lack of attention, communication, and compassion was shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering Celebration assisted living facility look elsewhere.

5 months ago we popped in without an appointment and from that moment on have been nothing but pleased with Celebration Village! Micheal KNEW the needs, concerns and anxieties we had in looking for the perfect home for our parents. The staff feel like family! Micheal, Steve, Elaine… everyone…are so nice , know everyone’s names, and engage as you would when inviting guests into your home. Friends, activities, music, entertainment, outings, shuttle service, church, hair salon… it’s all right there. This move was a HUGE life change for our parents and we are so at peace to see them happy and that they are proud to call Celebration Village their HOME.

The food is HORRIBLE! The residents pay good money for the “meal plan” but the meals are virtually inedible. Management does nothing to fix the worsening problem. HORRIBLE food!!!!! Here are examples. Baked salmon requested cooked medium… so dry and burnt taste. #2. “Vinaigrette”coleslaw drowned in mayo. #3 avocado BLT wrap. (No avocado and under cooked bacon, 1 piece of tomato and more wrap than contents.) #4 French onion soup. Notice the brown spot on what? No cheese. Tastes like dishwater. My best advice to management is to go have a meal. See and taste for yourselves what the residents have to endure!

Horrific food l. Elevator is out several times a year. Can't keep an operations manager to save their lives DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE UPDATE: 2024 & now 2025 have seen a 10% increase in the rent. The elderly cannot opt out of meals. An apartment with a husband and wife will cost $7500/month!!! #preying on the elderly UPDATE CHRISTMAS EVE- Oops they have done it again... The heat is out to the ENTIRE VILLAGE. Not much to celebrate at Celebration
