Cedar Creek has warmly welcomed my handicap sister to their facility. The director went above and beyond to help me get my sister back to Indiana. I am forever grateful to her. The staff is friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help my sister. The activities planned daily keep my sister busy and when I stop by she is rarely in her room. In just a very short tenure, my sister considers Cedar Creek her new home and is so much safer and happier.

From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell something was different. My family has had much exposure to assisted living facilities over the years, so we do have something concrete to compare Cedar Creek to. The staff are so caring here, and to a level I have never experienced at any similar facility. They took as much time with my family member as she needed during the tour and treated her with patience and care like they would their own mother. The Same could be said for the interview process and move in. The administrator was highly supportive and her attitude and genuineness convey, more than words do, that her door is open for you, the staff, and the residents. Staff were genuinely welcoming and supportive and, again, treat people like a family. The residents are also just so sweet and caring towards each other. The rare attitude and spirit of this community make it a priceless choice for your loved one, and point to an excellent management and value system.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing nearly a week of daily life here at Cedar Creek of Muncie IN - while helping my relative move in and simultaneously move out of her old house. The staff deserve the spotlight for this review, because they are truly outstanding. Everyone helps everyone and everyone seems to be a part of all tasks - from cooking, to activities, to chatting with the residents. Way to go, Cedar Creek, your management style seems to have fostered a great and caring team! My relative is happily settling in and truly appreciates the change of environment - for the better- that living here affords her. I’m sure there will be bumps in the road, but knowing that everyone from the cleaning staff to the administrator really care, means we don’t need to stress!

I am so happy to be able to leave a five star review for Cedar Creek of Muncie! There are a lot of good things to say, but I’ll hit the highlights. The administrator is very friendly and personable. She took a lot of time (without hovering) to make sure that move in went as smoothly as possible for my family member. The level of teamwork and cohesion among the staff is amazing. They really work together well to fill in any gaps where someone else is busy. My family member pressed the button on their pendant and two staff came immediately. Finally- the food is A++ and the dining atmosphere is great. They did a Thanksgiving spread yesterday and my loved one was raving :)
