I never leave reviews not my sort of thing, but, this time I feel this is a great time that I should. I just want to thank Priscilla for everything that she has done, she has made me and my family feel welcomed from day one, we spoke over the phone multiple times before I came in to see the place, she is just as welcoming as she is over the phone. The place is so beautiful and clean, it smelt clean too, alot of people that live there were doing all kinds of activities from what we seen, and the employees were very kind too. We were skeptical about moving mom in due to the location but Priscilla made us feel like family. We are happy that we have chosen cedar bluff for my moms new home. Thank you Priscilla.

My mom has been a resident at Cedar Bluff for over a year. She had a stroke, and we needed a place that would be able to meet her needs. She went from being independent to needing help, and the staff there is amazing. They are always very friendly and helpful. Cedar Bluff has everything she needs. There is a PT/OT/ST office there at the facility which is awesome. I also love that they have a hair salon. I really appreciate that the staff takes such good care of my mom. The Cedar Bluff team, from front desk staff to all the aids are the best.

Moving our parents into assisted living was the hardest thing my brothers and I have ever had to do. . Having said that, the staff has gone above and beyond to welcome them and make them comfortable. Peyton, the director and Jenna, the marketing manager have been a blessing and so very helpful navigating this transition. The rest of the staff have also been top notch! We feel our parents are in a safe comfortable space.

This facility is the gold standard for assisted living! Peyton, Mario , Brin , & Lydia are all a 1st class act that truly care about facilitating this senior community with love and a beautiful responsibility! I would highly recommend this lovely place!
