Brook Ridge

Hello, Went to visit my mother and unit was excellent. The only thing that is in need of attention are the closet doors that are not functional at all. They are stuck and my mom needs to get access to her clothes. The carpet and the closet doors are to close together at the bottom and the closet doors are not moveable. My mom is 84 and she needs help. Please owner, let us know how this can be resolved. My mom put in a maintenance ticket once or twice and that did not help. She let the team know that it did not get fixed and they still have not resolved the issue. They would need to sand down the doors to lift them up from the floor. Or maybe cut the carpet there and put vinyl tiles for the doors to move. Once this is resolved, I will be happy to give a higher rating. Thank you for making my mom's life easier.

My dad and his significant other moved into Brook Ridge recently. My wife and I came to visit for a few days and stayed in a guest unit. Staff is super friendly. Dining options were great. Maintenance staff were friendly and very accommodating. Super clean facility and kept nice inside and out. Excellent value for cost compared to amenities and overall fit and finish. Movie room. Library. Fitness room. Nice billiards area. Really nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Lots of in-house activities. Close to shopping and needed errands. Highly recommend and we really appreciate the caring staff that we experienced first hand. Most importantly, dad is very happy after moving from another facility that changed ownership and left much to be desired.

I love Brook Ridge. Elsa and her staff are above and beyond. Thoughtful, kind people who work so hard to help create a community. My dad really enjoyed his time there, especially the food. I was happy that he could have a regular schedule and interact with other people. Every person or couple has their own well-sized apartment, with communal spaces and activities right outside their doors. We found Brook Ridge to be a great value for the money. Once my dad got settled in, the only monthly bill outside of Brook Ridge was his mobile phone. They really take care of everything. Worth a visit! Highly recommended!

The staff and management care for their "guests" in many ways: creating a friendly relationship; responding to guest's requests; and ensuring that their health and safety are their top priorities. As a relative of someone staying at Brook Ridge Retirement, I applaud the job they are doing.
