Brentwood at Hobart

We just moved my 91 year old mom into Brentwood. The experience all of the way up until move in day was amazing. Anna was exceptional in her response time and attention to detail. When we first checked out the place, the front desk gentleman was so kind and personable. All of the staff seem so personable. We even observed the residents - all smiles. It's reassuring to know that my mom is in a place that cares.

My 92-year-old grandmother has been living at Brentwood for some time now. When she first moved in, she was completely self-sufficient, but over the past year, a few strokes have significantly impacted her ability to care for herself. Through this challenging period, Feliz has been an incredible support. She has expertly guided us, helped us connect with top-notch specialists, and, most importantly, ensured that my grandmother receives outstanding care. Feliz is available at any time of day and always makes us feel valued, never like a bother. She even goes above and beyond by checking on issues that have already been addressed. As a nurse with many years of experience, I can confidently say that finding administration that truly cares is rare, and Feliz is a remarkable example of this dedication. Murray has also been a blessing. His care extends beyond the patient to include the family. For instance, one night when my mother and I were at Brentwood and there had been some unsettling incidents in the area, Murray took it upon himself to ensure we made it back safely, even though we hadn’t asked for his assistance. His actions reflect his genuine character. Watching Murray interact with my grandmother, it’s clear that he treats her with the same love and respect he would show his own mother. Our family is very close-knit, and we now consider Brentwood an extension of our family. Thanks to the compassionate staff at Brentwood, the end-of-life experience has been made far more comfortable and dignified.

Brentwood made an excellent decision with staff member Felice P. Initially, I had some reservations about entrusting my father's care to someone other than myself. However, a sudden work commitment necessitated this decision. From the moment I contacted Felice, she demonstrated patience and kindness in addressing my numerous inquiries. The overall atmosphere at Brentwood is warm and reassuring, providing me with a sense of peace. I am grateful for the exceptional care provided.
