I visited this facility today and met with Jacque West. I was blown away by the breath and depth of this facility. Reminded me of a fine hotel. Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable enough to chat with several residents. The rooms are bright and well appointed and the dining room was inviting. Ms. West was able to answer all of my questions and concerns for my family member. This facility has moved to the top of my list indeed.

Bradfield Terrace is a horrible place to take your love-one. Let’s start out with management the Director that oversee this facility she is the most dishonest and despicable racist unconcerned person you ever want to meet. Bradfield Terrance is under staff there is only 2 people to oversee 50 rooms during certain times of the day. My mother was a resident for 2 years she was accepted in Bradfield Terrance with them knowing she had dementia as you know dementia is a declining disease. My mother was able to wander off ½ mile away from the facility and no-one even knew. She was had left or how long she was gone, Mesquite Police call me and ask where is My mother supposed to be. Thank God she had a cell phone, The police returned my mother back to Bradfield Terrance once I got there my mother didn’t even remember she had wandered out the building. It took the Director 2 days to call me about my mother wandering off. No apologies whatsoever and no concerned I received an EMAIL from the Director that I needed to remove my mother SHE DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME PROPER TIME TO SEARCH FOR A NEW HOME! Then she called Adult Protective Service on me, when my mother was in their care. The food is horrible! The 24/7 memory care at Bradfield Terrance is a very misleading advertising it's not a true statement. Do NOT bring your love-one to this place and leave them in their care.

Bradfield has been home to my oldest brother for the past 2 years. The community is a great home for those in need of assistance. The staff is amazing and I am comforted knowing that they are diligent in their care for my brother and the other people living here. They provide a lot of entertainment and special events for the members and their families. If you have a loved one in need of special care and has the need of assistance this is the place.

My mom currently resides at Bradfield. Although the transition from independent living throughout her life to assisted living has been momentous and difficult, this place has helped tremendously in the process. My mom has early onset Alzheimer's/dementia, however, my mom was welcomed with open arms and without judgement. Her stay, although emotional for me, has made her feel like a person and they have treated her with humility, dignity and respect. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a home for their loved one.
