As the Health and wellness director here at Bickford senior living, I am incredibly pound of the team we have here and the care they provide to our residents here. Everyday our dedicated staff goes above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable and engaging home for our residents. We focus on personalized care, ensuring each resident is receiving the attention and support they need and deserve. It has truly been an honor to work with such compassionate caregivers and witness the positive impact we as a team make on the lives of our residents and their families.

My Great Aunt lived on the Memory Care side in her last years. We felt safe and had a peace of mind with her there. The Bickford staff are always planning or doing something fun and engaging with their residents. I’ve always entered to friendly staff and it looking and smelling so nice!

I work as an independent medical provider within this building, thus, I am a guest working in this facility and home to many. I am consistently impressed with care given to residents, the compassion shown for families during hard transitions, and the willingness to swiftly alleviate concerns or conflicts residents, families or staff members may have. They have an all around knock out staff who care for residents daily and working with Director Jill, and Health and Wellness Director (RN) Shanna has been a dream team. Bickford gives a homey feeling with its stylish decor and cleanliness that I feel helps it seem less like an assisted living facility and more of a place of comfort and luxury. Their memory care unit is so special, filled with staff who care for the residents as their own family. I am especially impressed with the food on the memory care unit, tailored to the needs of the residents as their impairments progress while maintaining being nutritionally balanced. This is a really nice place, full of nice people, to help you care for your family member.

Bickford is the best place to care for your loved ones!! They did an awesome job taking care of my mother who had dementia. The entire staff took great care of her and treated her like family!!
