My daughter has been in bickford of rocky river for a few years and over time i have come to believe they are very poorly managed and understaffed. The people are all very nice but the care is lacking. My daughter has missed 3 out of her last 4 doctors appointments that they were suppose to take her too. Also have not been able to communicate with anyone in management even after 2 emails, they just did not follow through. Dennis

As an agency worker, I felt welcomed by the staff there with people open to helping me as a first timer. The place itself is very clean and tidy, and has a very homely atmosphere. I also bumped into some of the sweetest residents along the way who appear very happy to be there. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful building in a great location and neighborhood! The staff really cares about their residents. The family advocate is knowledgeable, professional and kind. She will help guide you during the move in process and makes things really easy.

Don't believe what you see , the managers will lie to u with a straight face. Dnt wrk here you will never get ahead ,they will pay u the lowest wage to do 3 jobs. Dnt be surprised if you family member pass away because most of the nurses are elderly them selves and will do the bare minimal for your family. Bickford of Rocky River is all talk... And over worked nursing assitants. Not the best place for patients or workers. Keep looking there are much nicer assitant livings
